These terms apply to all users and visitors of this website www.bozidara.com. The terms and conditions will be valid for all your future transactions with Bozidara and visits to the site.
If there is a violation of these terms and conditions, Bozidara reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity. Unless otherwise indicated, the bozidara.com website and all of its contents (including without limitation, all text, photographs, images, video & audio) are exclusive property of Bozidara and are protected by copyright and other laws.
You may purchase products on www.bozidara.com for your personal use only and not for resale. By placing an order onwww.bozidara.com, you certify that you are purchasing products for your own personal use and not for resale and that you accept the terms and conditions of our website. Bozidara reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.
Bozidara cannot guarantee that colours on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the colour settings of you computer and monitor. You may ask for an example of chosen colour to send for free of charge.
Bozidara reserve the right to limit the quantities of Bozidara products that we supply, and/or to refuse any order that is unusual or placed in bad faith. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse any order from a client with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If the item didn`t fit or you didn`t like it, we will reimburse you with a different item or give you store credit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
A reimbursement can only occur in case of a quality defect of a product. In this case only, a purchase can be returned within 15 days following delivery and bozidara.com will replace or if impossible compensate the customer by crediting his account with the equivalent of the purchase price. Wear is not considered a quality defect and is not covered by the warranty.
Please note any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have makeup stains and/or garments that smell of perfume. The item/s must be returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange is made.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The shipping cost of returning item/s to Bozidara warehouse for an exchange or refund, is not covered or reimbursed by us. However, if you request an exchange we will arrange the shipping of the new item to you. We understand that some international postage can be costly, so we do not expect express shipping.
We will provide you with the full address details when once your return has been authorised.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
